- Consultation & Booking
All projects begin with a consultation. A booking is confirmed once an initial deposit is received. - Payments
Payments must be made as per the agreed-upon project schedule. Delayed payments may result in project delays. - Design Ownership
All design concepts and drawings remain the intellectual property of Luxe Space Design until full payment is made. - Project Changes
Any changes to the project scope after approval may require additional charges and timeline adjustments. - Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and access to the site as needed to ensure project flow. - Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after work has started, fees will be charged based on work completed. - Use of Designs for Portfolio
Luxe Space Design reserves the right to use project images and designs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. - Liability
While we take the utmost care, Luxe Space Design is not liable for construction errors or delays caused by third-party contractors.
